00-ITパスポート（IT Passport）

PDCAモデルに基づいてISMSを運用している組織において、C（Check）で実施することの例として、適切なものはどれか。

Checkは、「評価する」「監査する」「確認する」
PDCAのC（Check）は、「ちゃんとできているかを確認する段階」です。決めたルール通りに運用されているかを、評価したり監査したりします。

ア　業務内容の監査結果に基づいた是正処置として、サーバの監視方法を変更する。
「監査の結果をもとに監視方法を変更する」とあります。これは問題を見つけた後に直しているので、「改善」の段階です。これはCheckではなくActです。

イ　具体的な対策と目標を決めるために、サーバ室内の情報資産を洗い出す。
「対策と目標を決めるために情報資産を洗い出す」とあります。これは何を守るかを確認して、これからの対策を考えるための準備です。これは計画の段階なのでPlanです。

ウ　サーバ管理者の業務内容を第三者が客観的に評価する。
「サーバ管理者の業務内容を第三者が評価する」とあります。これは正しく運用されているかを確認しているので、Checkです。これが正解です。
It says, “A third party evaluates the work of the server administrator.” This means checking whether the operations are being carried out correctly. Therefore, this corresponds to the Check stage. This is the correct answer.

エ　定められた運用手順に従ってサーバの動作を監視する。
「手順に従ってサーバを監視する」とあります。これは決められたことを実際に行っているので、実行の段階です。これはDoです。
